Election in Norway, a 92 year olds opinion
Now 12 hours by plain from Gardermoen;so what to say? Belonging to the generation fighting to construct the first production platforms in the North Sea, what did we have faith in; If not a better life for all fellow countrymen, and for generations to come. Where we right? From Ekofisk,1971, Norway net producer in 1976, and until 1996,the now known Oil Fund just an account No.? We became a country of spenders, and which political parties led the Gallop? I like to use my mother, now 92 and as a photo on how people can can change their mind. From a family full of farmer blood, she was as a young lady told by her father what to vote.Widow at the age of 49, time to study! She worked as hospital nurse, stand in until she turned 80'ty.A few days ago, and on her daily walk in the city of Trondheim, she was stopped by a minister from the LabourParty, the party having governed the most of the years, and since we became, "Wealthy"!She looked into to her the "young mans eyes," and said: "No interest in talking with you!" Does that tell us something, a lady at the age of 92 having turned to the Right? I just ask, as it is normally not at that age people changes their political view!
